Design Thinking
For AI Systems.

From chaos to structure, see the method in action.

I engineered the largest exit in Shark Tank history: Plated, $300M. The company was months from collapse. I rebuilt the system, brand, ops, and growth architecture, and turned it into $100M in new revenue in 18 months.

Since then, I’ve scaled $25B+ in media, built systems for regulated industries (fintech, health insurance, telecom), and created Noble Digital, where design thinking meets accountable AI.

I came up through Quentin Tarantino’s commercial division. Two of my pieces are in MoMA’s permanent collection. The videos below show how I think: spotting collision points, architecting constitutional layers for AI, and turning governance into executable structure.

Proof: $25B+ media scaled // $300M exit engineered // Regulated systems

High signal. Low noise.
  • Plated

Engineered the largest exit in Shark Tank history, $300M. $100M revenue growth in 18 months.

  • Biohm Health

Scaled from scratch to 3x sold-out inventory and a Goop partnership. Built the entire digital presence.

  • Enterprise Scale

Deployed customer acquisition systems for legacy and regulated environments where failure is expensive.

  • $25B+ Deployed

Scaled enterprise media systems for regulated industries (fintech, health insurance, telecom).

  • BXAI-OS Creator

Built the Brand Experience AI Operating System, governance architecture that makes AI auditable by default. [ View BXAI-OS ]
